Korean Premium Ceramic Cooking Bibimbap Review

I just made my first pot of rice and it's delicious. I do not recommend cooking more than 1 cup of rice as it will overflow. I also don't recommend using the blue plastic coaster as a hot pot will melt it, better use it as a lid holder. It's perfect for just two servings of soup (jigu). Instructions don't come with the pot, so make sure you're not just cooking on high, medium-low, or low heat.

I received this pot as a birthday present and after using it once I ordered a second one. I use them weekly to make individual batches of soft Korean tofu soup for me and my husband and they work great. They can handle the maximum temperature of my electric oven.
