I ordered a size 7 to fit my 50th percentile child who just turned 8. It sits well at the waist without tightening the adjustable elastic. The legs are nice and slim, but he can still move easily and sit cross-legged comfortably. The fabric is light and stretches well. The length is perfect. The knees are reinforced with very coarse polyester tape. My son immediately felt itching from the panel in his knee. I was able to remove the material but there was some polyester on it.

These are perfect for my son. They're skinny on the leg and he wears them to golf every week. They are durable and the blue color is really pretty.

Beautiful pants. I just didn't like that these pants didn't have elastic on the sides to adjust. It was really too much for my son.

These pants were not as advertised. They have no waist adjustment, just an elastic sewn into the back. They also said they were slim size but it was the regular 4T size. The waist was too big for my slim 3 year old. To return.

I think children's pants always need an adjustable waistband to accommodate the growing child. They are loose at the waist, but I can't adjust them, and wearing a belt for a child 4-5 years old is not practical.

My son is medium height - 7/8 - he is also tall and skinny. Size 8 is perfect for him. The length was great and there was a bit of room at the waist for the shirt to tuck in. Very happy with this purchase

Well built, fights for size. My son has not destroyed them after wearing them several times. They're a little bluer than they look online, but overall they're good pants.

Oshkosh clothing is tailored well and these boys' slim fit stretch twill pants are no exception. My grandson wears them as part of the compulsory school uniform. To date, they have proven their longevity, with no signs of wear. The adjustable waist is a great feature. They are easy to wash and dry and come out of the dryer without ironing.

I bought these pants for my son for a wedding, he just went from a size 8 to a size 10. I ordered a size 10 just to be safe and make sure they weren't too small. The color was really good. The length was good but the waist was sooooo tight. Probably even tighter than his size 8 pants. These pants are just weird.

I love these pants I ordered for my two little ones. Arrived quickly and they were what I wanted. They seem like good material and with little boys this is a must have!

My 2.3 year old son wears plus size and the 3T fits him well enough that he has room to wear it for a few more months, hopefully by next summer :-)

Fit is quite large for a slim fit. I am ordering 4T for my 4.5 year old who is still oversized in the waist and hips. I was also hoping that the blue would be a little darker than shown in the picture. The ones we received were a little lighter than expected. He'll still wear them when he grows up, so I'm keeping them.

I bought the whole outfit from Amazon. My son is attending the wedding and I prepared that for the bride. These pants are great. They are quite soft, have an adjustable waistband and slim legs. They look great on my kid. He is 6 years old, quite tall (almost 4 feet) and very slim. The pants were big at the waist but the adjustable waist fixed that.

The 4T fits my skinny 5 year old very well. Although I had to trim it an inch. I used edging tape so it can be easily removed when he hits his next growth spurt. I love that they have an adjustable button and elastic on the inside waistband. I absolutely need this for my little baby. The material is quite thick. Now that the weather has cooled it works very well. When the occasional heat wave hits from time to time I wear the lighter pair I have at home.
