Nice sound, wish they fit better

I got these because of their good reputation. The sound is what you expect for 60 Ohm Koss drivers, great for the price. Since I don't like the feeling of having something stuck in my ears (IEMs), I decided to try these. There are two issues I have with one being temporary (we hope). First is the tangled mess they can get into. Second, not great to wear with a face mask. Once the COVID protocols are lifted I give them another go.

Pros
  • Headphones, Earbuds & Accessories
Cons
  • The build quality is not as durable as other headphones in the same price range

It's hard to give this 4 stars when the SQ is 6 stars.

The fact that these are just absolutely insane sound quality for the price point speaks volumes. And if you're an active person like myself and use headphones while doing work around the house or running or whatever! They hold up to sweat and stay geared on your ears really well.I'm big on listening to tunes or podcast while running or mowing the lawn. These provide great sound quality and are moderately comfortable. Only downside I find is the cable is meager at best and as most other people…

Pros
  • Love the sound of the headphones it sounds better than other headphones
Cons
  • The ear cups may not fit snugly on some users' ears

Perfect for the Rift S

I use this product to improve the audio of my Oculus Rift S headset, and so far it has worked wonderfully.Pros--They sound great, especially compared to the lackluster speaker in the Rift S.-The clip on mechanic makes them really good for VR, because they stay in place, and out of the way-Lightweight means I kind of forget they're there-Comes with a microphone, although the Rift S cannot utilize it with the built-in 3.5mm jackCons--There's a good bit of sound leakage, maybe not the best for…

Pros
  • Sound is awesome for this price
Cons
  • came in pieces missing pieces, piece of crap

Uncle Crinacle is right

Truly the most underrated headphones that you could find in the market. A really good value for what they can offer, and they offer a lot. Balance highs and mids, while giving a little bit of a roll on the bass (but not too much as to make them bloated). The fact that they're open backed makes them even better for imaging, although it falls down on the resolution factor, which is not such a big deal in comparison to how well tuned it is, which is extremely well tuned.Cables are kind of a downer,

Pros
  • Theses are good if dont like having earbuds in your ear.
Cons
  • The headphones can cause fatigue due to their weight

Great stuff. Super thin wires tho.

Sadly I only enjoyed mine for about a week before my cat took one literal swipe at it and cut right through the wire. Usually I'd just fix that myself but they use such thin copper and wire its damn near impossible. So I'm currently sending them back to Koss to try the warranty and if it doesn't work I will be doing a 2 pin or mmcx connector mod like I did with my koss kph30is. Which my cat also destroyed. Thicker wire tho with those.

Pros
  • A lot better than expected! Bought for oculus rift, good alternative for built in speakers.
Cons
  • The on-ear design can be uncomfortable for extended listening sessions

Revainrating 4 out of 5

They sound wonderful but the design is wildly uncomfortable.

If you imagine hanging two coathangers from your ears you get the comfort level of these. I've managed to get them comfortable with the clips about twice. The clips also offer almost no stability at all. Someone people swear by the clips. These people are wrong. They sound amazing and are super cheap. You can move the headphones to a cheap 5 dollar headband and they go from the least comfortable headphones in existence to some of the most comfortable.

Pros
  • Ideal for both casual and professional use
Cons
  • The headphones may not be suitable for those who wear hats

Impressive little gamer

This is honestly a fun little guy to mess with, he's small but has a lot to offer. His soundstage is huge, surprsingly detailed, has a peak in the higher s region. Might need to lower that a bit. But regardless, for a 25$ fun little audiophile piece of gear, it's impressive

Pros
  • On-Ear Headphones
Cons
  • The headphones may not be suitable for those with larger heads

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Lots of small problems

The end wouldn't fit into my phone case, the cord is kinda thin. Sound quality was pretty good for how cheap and light they are. The clips weren't very comfy

Pros
  • The mic and headphones work really good. Use them on my xbox and PC and don't have any issues.
Cons
  • The cable may not be long enough for some users' needs

Great sound but verrryy thin cable

Same great sound as regular ksc75 and has a mic, but the cable is even thinner on this than the original, which was already thin

Pros
  • Headphones & Earbuds
Cons
  • The headphones are not noise-canceling

Cheap Audiophile on my review.

Like the original KSC-75 these are cheap entry to open back audiophile sound, but better looking in the dark blue color and has a microphone for making calls on your cellphone. The sound has a warm mids ajd sparkling treble with good ballanced bass. Bassheads won't like these. The soundstage is wide and the imaging is good. I also did the Parts Express Headband Mod and attached the drivers to my old Koss Porta Pro Headband which is by far the best mod for the KSC75. Haven't tried the Yaxi Pads…

Pros
  • Compatible with most smartphones and devices
Cons
  • The headphones may not fit properly on children's heads

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Sounds good feels cheap

The sound is good so far, they just feel SUPER cheap! Put on the headband. Changed ear pads for a more retro look That's my review.

Pros
  • Easy to clean and maintain
Cons
  • The headphones don't have a pause/play button on the in-line mic

Good but uncomfortable and smelly

I've had a few KSC75s since 2013, they were all consistently comfy, some were a bit loose but never uncomfortable. This new version has a tighter grip/clamp on the clips and the materials feel cheaper, it also smells, similar to cheapo hard plastic cellphone cases (never had this issue with previous versions.)The mic placement is not the best either, compared to the mic on the KPH30is, it's way too low which makes this "feature" useless.Sound it's OK, it's bright neutral just like the original…

Pros
  • Highly portable and comfortable for all-day use
Cons
  • The headphones are not foldable

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great sound! for my opinion

Very comfortable. The sound quality of these headphones are superior to numerous others I've tried before and very surprisingly affordable.

Pros
  • Doesn't require batteries or charging, easy to use on-the-go
Cons
  • The headphones have a tendency to slide around during physical activity

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Astonishing sound quality. Great value

The sound quality you get out of these is comparable to $150+ headphones. There are a few shortcomings however. The cable is bad; It's very thin and will very likely break if you snag it on anything with some force. The whole unit doesn't feel very robust for that matter. The microphone is alright, and it gets the job done, but it's nothing special. The comfort will probably vary from person to person significantly. The bands that go on your ears need to be adjusted just right so that they are…

Pros
  • Sleek and modern design that is perfect for younger audiences
Cons
  • The in-line mic can be too sensitive or not sensitive enough for some users

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality comfort for my opinion

I bought for my meta quest 2 to make experiences more personally comfortable and less intrusive to others. Love them . Bought these and another pair of budget friendly over the ear option. Pleased so far

Pros
  • Comes with a protective carrying case for safekeeping
Cons
  • The headphones may not be suitable for those with long hair

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Bass light but wide and sparkly

Very good mids and treble while having a big bass roll off overall it's enjoyable but you might lose some detail with the low-end

Pros
  • Ideal for anyone on-the-go, including runners and gym-goers
Cons
  • The headphones may not be suitable for those who wear hearing aids

Legendary KSC75! good for me

Being an audiophile on a very tight budget, I cannot tote expensive headphones around due to the possibility of them getting broke. This is where the Kids KSC75 comes in. No, they do not sound like $1000 planar headphones, not do they sound like $200 ATH closed-back headphones either. What you have though is extremely light and balanced headphones, especially once you put them on a headband and do away with the on-ear clips. All genres of music sound wonderful in these, although EDM style music

Pros
  • Provides excellent value for the price
Cons
  • The headphones aren't compatible with all audio apps

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Good sound terrible comfort

The headphones were made cheaply and this is felt in every piece of the product. The ear attachments to put on your ears I found extremely uncomfortable. After a few minutes, I had to remove them. The sound was tiny empty and cheap feeling. At this price bracket you're probably better off getting in ear sound devices.

Pros
  • Durable construction for long-lasting use
Cons
  • The headphones can cause discomfort when listening to music with bass-heavy tracks

Revainrating 3 out of 5

okay for the price, but some difficulty with microphone

microphone isn't great. it produces static or is inconsistent in picking up voice. there is also a button on the mic which i thought was maybe for mute or changing volume but so far its function is unknown. all in all i would suggest just getting the original KSC75 and a separate microphone

Pros
  • Comes in a vibrant midnight blue color
Cons
  • The headphones aren't water-resistant

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very enjoyable tuning

I honestly can't think of much better for this price point. The tuning and relaxed treble with these on ears is very enjoyable. The bass exists in the sense you can hear the bass notes but that's it. Overall very pleasant tonality.

Pros
  • FOR MUSIC LOVERS WHO KEEP IT MOVING: Working out, staying in, or getting out of town—the lightweight, sport-friendly KSC75X headphones will keep the music going every step of the way.
Cons
  • The headphones may not be suitable for those with sensitive ears
