Sharp as a Samurai Sword

This sashimi knife is an excellent addition to your kitchen.My analysis of this product showed that it is incredibly sharp and perfect for slicing delicate fish. I was able to execute clean cuts without squishing my fish. The handle also has a comfortable grip which made using this knife a breeze. The only drawback is that it requires proper care and handling to maintain its sharpness. Overall, a great investment for any home and kitchen..

Impressive Sushi-Cutting Tool

This sashimi knife is a must-have for any sushi chef or home cook who loves to prepare raw fish dishes .After I put it to the test, I was incredibly impressed with the way it glided through the fish creating incredibly thin and uniform slices with ease. Its razor-sharp edge and comfortable handle made sushi preparation a breeze. The only drawback is that it requires some maintenance to keep that razor-sharp edge, but that is true of any quality knife in a home and kitchen..

Excellent quality, the best among cutlery and knife accessories

I am an apprentice cook and asked the chef to review this knife and he was very surprised at the quality of the blade. The handle is plastic but comfortable, a great knife for real use.
