The first filter I received had exposed shrink wrap and was dented. I sent it back and they sent me a replacement in good new condition. My tractor is too important to use a dubious filter.

I'm giving it three stars because I've never been interested in o-rings on my oil filters. I prefer a flat gasket on the filter. However, this is an OEM part and if that's what you're after it was a decent price. I will look for another filter with a different seal. Yes, I almost forgot to mention, every now and then there is a small oil leak in a drop. I've had this problem before with this type of filter gasket. And yes, I cleaned the spot, oiled the stuffing box, etc.
