Loved it when I first bought it. It was easy to install and held my phone perfectly. Then after about four months I had to adjust more and more as it wasn't staying in place. Now he has given up and is not holding the phone at all. I have contacted the seller but have not received a response. Lesson learned. I bought another brand with a reinforced bottom where the long neck goes into the base. So far, so good.

Worked great. The first few months. Now the gooseneck is broken and no longer holds the phone. Haven't contacted the company yet but just wanted to give a fair warning to anyone looking to buy these. The place where the gooseneck meets the base is very thin and will break over time. Update: I've emailed them twice because they have a one year warranty and provided photos of the damaged neck and I've still not been offered a replacement.

The base of the cup holder only expands in one direction (see photo) and therefore does not hold the inside of the cup holder well. If you hit your phone, the cup holder may move. The long flexible arm is strong, but there's some play where it attaches to the cup holder, causing the phone to vibrate as you drive. To make matters worse, the grips that hold the phone are flat. If you have accessories (e.g. a wallet), your phone may not fit in it. Overall not a very good product.

The product has been working well for my limited use so far. I like how he sits close to me. I'm having trouble viewing car maps (Garmin and iPhone) on my dashboard or windshield. UPDATED: The mechanism in the phone holder is broken and no longer holds the phone. The sliders move back and forth but the latch is broken so hands can no longer hold the phone. I use this vehicle about 3-4 times a week and don't use the stand more than 1 or 2 times a week. So the mount looked Lite (IMO) for the 3-4 months I had it. Contacting the company was not easy.
