. Looks better than the photos and good value for the size. I appreciated the packaging; He seems to have done a good job of keeping the star safe during transport. We will be using it on our 7 foot tree. I look forward to setting everything up!

As you can see from the picture this topper is too heavy to stand on. Every time I try to put it on my tree it falls to the side. Not to mention the people who delivered it and put it in the wrong house. The only reason this product got two stars is because it's awesome, but now I have no idea what to wear to the Christmas tree.

This makes a great treetop if you have the right tree. We were able to weave some of our crowned branches (artificial tree) through the spiral base to keep it secure and straight. It loses some of its luster and is a bit delicate but strong. Overall I love it and look forward to using it for years to come! Although I would like it to shine.

This is a beautiful gold star with a unique design for our Christmas tree, replacing our 30 year old angel in the treetop. Four stars only because editing is a challenge. The base does not provide a secure fit and, unlike a regular perch, must be anchored to the topmost branch. That being said, it's a lovely new addition to our jewelry and I would recommend it despite its steep price tag.

Beautiful star. Terrible app with no stabilizer development. It's really quite difficult. And with the base "screwed" to the top of the tree/branches, it still just wants to lean. Like the other user of this product, I had to buy a long 1/4" dowel, paint it green, buy green zip ties, and find a way to stabilize it so it would fit properly. This is a beautiful wooden panel but it is ridiculously misdesigned so it absolutely WILL NOT fit, even if placed on a table or flat surface is placed all the more on a tree! We had to tear it apart completely to take apart the rickety lower spiral wire and use it to attach it to the tree. Of course, this reduces the height of the thing by a few inches, but at least it will stand up after I wire it around the branches at the top.
