Works very well, costs more than other cheaper models advertised. This is the case, you get what you pay for. I bought burrs made in China, Kutzall has much better ones and costs extra money.

I had to buy this because my old one was getting a bit stained. Don't be ashamed of it; I just happen to work with very hard woods like ebony, rock maple, lemonwood, mulga. These types of heads are essential if you are impatient, but a word of caution, they are very dangerous so be careful.

If you use a V-shaped wood carving tool, this tool will do the same at a right angle. I don't use it at full speed with a dremel because it can burn marks on the wood if you're not careful. I have more control with Foredom since I use the pedal to control the speed. But no matter what kind of rotary tool you have, let the tool do its job, don't force it.
