You are sitting in a 2014 Chevy Silverado LT. This plug connects directly to the truck in two seconds. I don't have to remove it as the LED doesn't light up when the truck isn't on. A very inexpensive way to eliminate the notch on a V4.

On my truck I had to replace the valves on both sides of the engine along with the camshaft. Cost me 7K! This disabler does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's just a pity that I didn't know anything about it until the expensive repair of my engine. Live and learn!

2008 Silverado 5.3L LT. I bought this as a joke before buying another well known brand AFM blocker, thinking I'd try it and return if it didn't work. Follow the included instructions and drive to test the device. So far, so good. AFM is disabled and no check engine lights or codes are output at the time of this review. At less than half the cost of the Range unit, I see no reason why I shouldn't save $150 and give it a try. I will update this review if anything changes.
