KYB recommended OEM replacement shock for SUVs and Crossovers. Specifically calibrated to help restore the original handling and control characteristics of GM SUVs. Uses a seamless working cylinder matched with a Teflon coated piston band for a positive seal and longer life. Triple chrome plated piston rod and multi-lip oil seals that reduce wear. Solid seamless mounting eye rings and bolt bushings to eliminate rattles.

Fits my 2015 GMC Acadia

Arrived as expected. Easily replace old ones. The ride is way better than the OEMs that had 90,000 miles. I will buy again.

Fits perfectly and drives like new.

2013 Acadia Sle awd. For 1.5 hours I changed the rear shock absorbers and changed the wheels while standing on the stands. Fits perfectly and drives like new.

Great stand! - Shock absorber

Much better than the cheap Senses brand. I wish I had bought that first. The car drives much better. The KYB is slightly stiffer than the standard stanchions, which is an improvement for this platform.

Relatively cheap and easy do-it-yourself repair

Now that I've replaced the rear shock absorbers on our GMC Acadia I can look back and understand why it was hard to figure out they needed replacing. In my case, the expansion valve on the old shock absorbers was defective, but the pressure reducing valve was fine. When braking, the tail was thrown into the air. The rear suspension also rose slightly and rebounded fairly normally. We bought the car new so we knew how enjoyable the drive could be and it came back brand new. The A-pillars seem to
