Excellent product. Could tell a big difference. Another trip. One shock was right and the other wrong but they fixed and fixed everything right away.

Best silent shock absorbers for my 4WD

KYB MonoMax is one of the best silent shock absorbers on the market. I bought these for my 2003 Chevy S10 4WD. Everything I buy for my truck is ACDelco, if any, except shock absorbers. Comfortable and at the same time reliable ride = trust.

Doesn't last very long a few years with about 10,000 miles and life is almost over.

Used on 1998 GMC 4x4s with no lift kit, replacing some worn Monroe dampers all round and stabilizer link links/bushings etc to correct sloppy steering/body rolls that are part of the swap they were working on. Now after about 3 years they are no longer holding up, I rode them about 10,000 miles before I broke the stabilizer link to the control lever. Now I have to replace them as well as the links and the stern sags as it was before I installed them. 3 years may be good if I'm making 10,000 a…
