I received the wrong product

The product I received was a strut mount, same number but I was looking for a strut mount and strut shaft protector as pictured for a 2002 Honda CRV.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • ok

2004 Honda Element Rear Strut Experience

I bought these on KYB's advice when I was swapping all my struts for a 2004 Honda Element for 196,000. The parts that this kit replaces show no signs of wear. What I would like to replace is the rear dust cover, part number 52687-SCV-A01, which shows significant wear. I'm sending them back, maybe I'll think about it after the next 200k.

Pros
  • Quality replacement strut mount available
Cons
  • Doubtful

Completely different from the original.

Purchased for my 2005 Honda Element. I knew from the start I wouldn't get the parts shown in the picture but bought it to replace the rear pillar bushings. They were very different from the original parts and I plan to return them. I felt it would be unsafe if I used them. I ended up just using the old parts.

Pros
  • Matching studs and nuts
Cons
  • Clarity
