Yes, most cars have a left and a right side. Make sure you get one of each. I got the entire strut assembly for easy installation and since my car has done a lot of miles I figured the springs were tired. The difference is like day and night! After installation, you need to align them.

This is an update. I bought these for the front and their shock absorbers for the rear. 3 out of 4 failed. Then the exchange for the front also failed. They will replace them but I've decided to just buy another brand for the last 1. So be careful. I would NEVER buy again. Very cheaply made. Probably made in Ghiiiiina. By the way, the front brackets were broken. Rear shock absorber leaking.

Fits well and works well for the price. One star off because the spring rate is higher than a 2002 Ford Focus ZX3. Even after several weeks of shrinking and after tightening all bushings during load shrinking, the car still ran higher than new. Otherwise they are good budget items and I would buy them again.

For 2 weeks I've heard a knock from the passenger side so I changed the stabilizer bar but the problem persists so I'm checking the ball joints and a few other things but they look good, i check the spring too, but they look good too. One day while driving I heard a loud noise like something was broken and when I checked the top of the strut just broke.
