Perfect for my needs as a glassblower.

Thick enough to use for glass blowing (holds a hot hollow sphere). I like that it looks like a sleeve because it fits over the grill tongs and allows me to get closer to the glass. Excellent price.

Good idea if it really works

I bought these boots to use on my 00 Chevy Tahoe 5.3L engine. The idea is solid, but these booties will never fit spark plug wires designed for any car unless the wires are very thin and much smaller in diameter than these booties. The boots have a metal O-ring on one end that affects their fit. So they don't really fit.

Doesn't fit perfectly but looks good

Cool product, looks good, does the job and for the $ it's worth the short time it takes to make the necessary adjustments to make it fit . 2008 C6 LS3, standard plug and cable. One end of the sock is sewn, the other end is bent onto a metal gasket and tucked into the sock. The metal O-ring itself is slightly smaller than the rubber boot that goes to the coil pack. To make this work I had to open the sock at the end of the o-ring and ignore the metal o-ring, then thread the heat shielded spark…
