Description of Landyachtz Dinghy Complete Skateboard Meowijuana

LIGHT AND PORTABLE - At just 28.5", the Landyachtz Dinghy is the perfect size for stashing in small areas. It can be easily carried around town or campus. TOP NOTCH COMPONENTS - Landyachtz is one of the most respected names in skateboarding. They use top notch products to build a complete designed to last. MAPLE DECK - Maple has been the go to choice for skateboards for decades. The Dinghy is made from 7 ply maple, making it far superior to plastics. NOSE AND TAIL - The tail on the Dinghy has a ton of pop. Great for all the flip tricks in the book and for getting up-and-over obstacles. While not as pronounced, the nose offers plenty of room for nose-manuals and shuvits. MINI WHEEL FLARES - The Dinghy not only has cut out wheel wells to help avoid wheel bite, but also slight wheel flares. This allows for a locked in feel and maximum wheel clearance.

Exactly what you expect from a cruiser

My usual setup is a standard Enjoi deck. I wanted something lighter for riding around town and every other option is a 45″+ longboard which just isn't my style. I used to have a 32" Sector 9 and this 28" board fits my 6'3 perfectly. " Frame. Rides great right out of the box, just had to pull up the carts so I could push the sidewalks properly. And the artwork is cool.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Security

Superb board. My son uses it almost every day, keeps commenting how great the gliding is because the wheels are excellent and the construction is precise. He's happy about that. We bought from Revain for less than we could have bought directly from Landyachtz because shipping would have been an additional $22. Thank you Revane and Landyachts.

Pros
  • Quality build
Cons
  • Could have gone for a newer model

Good board! on standard skateboards

I bought this to replace my old rusty cruiser. that makes it a target, it crosses. This board must be hacked first. Both carts and wheels need to be put to good use for optimal preparation. Pros - Good board feel - Quality bogies - Grippy wheels - Clean graphics (a bit of chipping) - Holds it all up with those Hawgs Cons - Slight flex Otherwise it's a good board. It will take you where you thought you never skated! You'll also help plant trees by grabbing one yourself. (I'll learn how to play…

I like this board. I grew up skateboarding, but now I'm a student and needed something to get around campus. Skateboards don't have wheels to deal with these bumps. So it was perfect because it has that skateboarding feel that I love, with wheels that can handle the terrain of city streets. I'm a small person at only 5ft 3in so the shorter board is amazing. I have a husky that I put on an exercise board and she loves it and is a great board for this type of activity.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Great learning board

Bought this for my daughter to teach her how to drive on our road. A friend had a cheap, discount plastic penny board that flipped by itself, and another had a trick board her dad gave her. Landy was much easier to ride than the other two and is a quick learner. I was considering buying a Powell Dragon board and installing drivers and road wheels but it will cost more. The black owl is beautiful and my only complaint is that it needs to be painted or plastic coated to protect the finish a bit…

Great cruiser - bearings probably need replacing

Great little cruiser board but bearings need replacing. When buying a full board, you should always think a little about the details. Landyachtz is a good company with great decks, bear carts and wheels but the bearings were a bit cheap. Maybe I had a bad batch or something, but I always removed the screens and found that the crowns on some of them were warped and the reel was a bit rough. The ride wasn't terrible by any means, but after I put in a spare set of big ball bones it got noticeably…

The best mini cruiser you will no doubt find

An exceptional board for walking around college campuses and around town. I have been skateboarding and longboarding for several years and this setup is the perfect combination of both with a 28.5" deck and a kicktail on one end. slides. Polar Bear Trucks lend themselves to these deep and smooth carvings; even at high speeds. The only downer are the ABEC 7 ball bearings, which are still very high quality, but in my opinion are a bit inferior to the Bones RED. I replaced them with a couple of…

Very funny first time cruzier!

This boat is a lot of fun. This is my first real board next to the Walmart board when I was a kid. It wasn't hard for me to learn how to skate and skate again in general, but I did have some experience skating on a regular popsicle board. This board is a lot of fun and I would recommend it to anyone who wants one. Just make sure you're okay with a slightly small board compared to a big longboard or popsicle. I was a little concerned it would be too small but I got used to it very quickly and…
