Description of LAPASA Merino Thermal Underwear Leggings Sports & Fitness

100% Merino Wool (Lightweight: 200g/m2, Midweight: thickened and strengthened 250g/m2 ). Pull On closure. [LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS] For best results, cold wash (max temp 30°C/86°F) then tumble dry on low. [100% MERINO WOOL] LAPASA uses a 200g/m2 or 250g/m2 interlock knit Merino wool to ensure that this thermal will be your choice in cold or freezing weather. These thermal underwear are made with 18.5 micron Merino wool fibers giving them a soft and smooth feel without the itch associated with traditional wool clothes. The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX rating ensures product safety and that this textile has been tested for harmful substances. [COMFORTABLY WARM] One of the benefits of Merino wool is that the material provides effective insulation while maintaining breathability to keep you at the optimal temperature. As a lightweight thickness thermal, this can easily be worn as a base layer that will wick away moisture while keeping you cosy. You can comfortably wear these all day from sunup, to past sundown for whatever comes you way. [IT GOES WHERE YOU GO] The durable 4-way stretch rib knit hem and snug fit will flex, conform, and move with your body to maintain range of motion and comfort. Whether you're camping, hiking, snowboarding, working out, working, or just taking it easy, this comfy thermal has got you covered. [STAYS FRESH] Whatever the season, this light thermal will be a solid choice in your wardrobe as the Merino wool has naturally hygienic properties to keep you fresh through the day regardless of the weather. [LIGHT] The excellent warmth to weight ratio of this thermal make for an ideal choice while traveling and packing when you want some lightweight long johns during your adventures.

fits well. thin material

good fit. but the material is very thin. as seen through thin wear. it really feels or looks like 200 weight. more like 140 wt.

Pros
  • elegant design
Cons
  • boring packaging

Incorrect dress size information.

Don't confuse length with inseam, as Lapasa does. Every other pant I've seen uses inseam as a measure of garment length (leg length), but not La Paz. 39" length equals 29" inseam. They provided useless info like it was something special :(Rant ended.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Good thermos are best for clothing

The cut adapts to the skin, but does not cause discomfort - comfortable elastic fabric, pleasant to the touch. Weakness in the crotch, which for me is a minus (not suitable for cycling on a hike). Just tried them at 32℉ (0℃) on a trail I walked this morning when it was around 45℉. (7℃). Even though it was colder and the sun had already set, those thermals made me feel a lot warmer. Unexpected from something so thin it sits so close to the skin. I'm used to thick cotton waffle jersey.

  • For men

Ultimate long johns and great value for money!

LAPASA Merino wool thermal underwear is the best I have ever bought. Reading other reviews I assumed the average weight would be ideal and it is. I bought dark gray. I hardly recognize her. They are warm, comfortable and go well under jeans. Other reviewers call the lightweight pair incredibly thin, so they have to be the very best. Damart is warm and innovative; Smartwool is comfortable but these are the best. I'm sure they won't wear out as quickly as a clear pair.

Comfortable and warm

So far, I like these long underpants very much. They're comfortable - stretchy enough to fit snugly (but not too tight) and don't itch at all. They're thinner than the "waffle" fabric of some long underwear, but still warm. What I don't know is how long they will last with repeated wear and washes in the washing machine. I've worn and washed them about 10 times - so far so good. Update December 2020: They don't hold up well. The belt is worn and falling apart. I followed the washing…
