If I had to rebuild I would get a better lap table. The first one I received was crumpled in the box during shipping, but the other was shipped promptly. As others have pointed out, this laptop is plastic, cracks and breaks easily (this is my 3rd), doesn't insulate well and isn't anything special. Bought 3 in 2011 for 9.99 each. It was four years ago. I gave one to my wife and the other to my daughter. We use them on our laptops. They work great to keep your feet cool. They also help keep the laptop cool. because your laptop sucks in cooling air from below. and when you place your laptop on a soft/fabric surface like your lap, couch, or bed. Your laptop cannot draw cold air into the air intake on the bottom of your laptop. Another advantage is if you put your laptop on your lap/sofa/bed.
