but they have an advantage. I'll sharpen them before I do.

I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they have an advantage. I will sharpen them before using them in any way. No chips on the enamel. I'll be using them at work for some custom hardwood moldings and baseboards next month. If I have any problems with the racquet I will update this review.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

It's vibrating a bit, I plan to shave it off.

Vibrates a little, plan to drop 1/16 inch at a time. Keep in mind that if you want to use any length crown molding you will need to build a custom fence with top and side boards on either side of the bit and support your board on both sides. If I had to do this cast again I would look for an ovolo bit and core box combination.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful

Now those are some high power bits!

I left about 120ft of 1x6 pine to make a baseboard out of and they gnawed it through like nothing happened (even if I accidentally cut a few full tread pieces on the first pass - not recommended). It still cut through wood like a hot knife through butter. The sound seemed a lot louder than the other beats until I realized my mistake! However, multiple passes are recommended (about 1/8 inch to gradually get the full profile of the bit) otherwise it can be difficult to keep the material fromโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No car
