🐶 Lautus Pets Dog Rain Coat - Waterproof, Reflective, Harness Hole (Size S, Bright Yellow) Review

I liked the cut of the raincoat for our Jack Russell but didn't like the leg straps. She found it uncomfortable. Straps aside, this is a good jacket.

Works great. My 9 year old granddaughter had to put it on herself before putting it on her dog to make sure she liked it and that it fit her German Shepherd.

I love these coats for many reasons. They cover the body well. Leg straps are adjustable. Zipper at front neck. Straps at the back of the head. The chest strap is adjustable and I always prefer the styles of each coat to cover the front of the chest and stomach. This will prevent dirt from getting onto their fur. When we finish our hikes, I just dry them off with a towel while I put on my coat. They are VERY bright. Well made and lightweight. It even has a shortened tail, meaning more body…

Although the raincoat is a bit large for my 6 lb Yorkie I bought it for its features. Quick release buckle, chest adjustment, leash hole, zip and neck adjustment. The leg straps are too big for my Yorkie although they keep the raincoat from slipping off my dog's back. I love the bright yellow color and it really keeps my dog out of the rain. Overall very pleasant. I want this coat to be very small so it fits my dog better.

The rain cover does the job to keep your furry friends dry. I was looking for a raincoat that would not only cover my pup's top but also the bottom. Mud time is almost here and she wanted to keep the wet mud from getting under her belly. The middle one is perfect for her. She weighs a little over 30 pounds. We put this on our 60lb black dog so we can see it better when we go for a walk in the drizzle/light rain. It seems a little difficult to wash, the dirt is not easy to remove, but it is mostly on the tummy. It definitely helps keep his back and chest dry so it reduces his dehydration. It was a little tricky at first to hook the leash onto the bottom of the straps, but we managed. If you tie the dog to the collar, there will be no problems. Photo update - pup in this jacket - wish it was light and visible dogs presumably under the jacket. I also wish it had built in shift cords to get it out of the tail section. I used the leg straps to get him out of the poop, but there was a cord built in so he could be pulled up a bit during the poop (as could with an underjacket or a bit later) and then let him have good coverage of the entire back of the dog, for rest time would be better. UPDATE: I contacted the company via email and they responded quickly to a request for multiple measurements to resolve the issue to fix. They are still figuring out what happened on their end but sending me a refund and replacement for my issues and have been very helpful and responsive. I am satisfied with the customer service and as I said below, I really like the design of the product and the material, so I hope the replacement is a suitable chest size.
