Not Worth the Investment

My analysis of this product showed that it's a complete waste of money. The griddles are not evenly heated, and the non-stick coating starts wearing off after only a few uses. Additionally, the electric heating element takes too long to heat up.

The perfect gift in a bowl

Bought as a gift. That was excellent. I already have one and it is a great cast iron item with the RIGHT MAINTENANCE. I don't know of any reviews that say it oxidizes, but you should never wash cast iron with soap and water. You can use water and a soft dish brush to get rid of any residue, but immediately season with oil or lard again with a paper towel and then heat in the oven with a pan underneath to absorb any drops of oil until the water has evaporated.
