I like how easy it was for me to find what i needed, but also that when searching through files you can click backwords which takes you right where your were before! It's not perfect yet, they need more features than just search, some things are still hard coded into their software so sometimes there will be errors with certain searches - this makes finding anything really difficult at times unless someone else knows exactly what you're looking for. I like that it's easy for people who are not tech savvy, such as myself, to use this software easily without having any problems with functionality. It's very good for large companies that need control over their content, it allows you to have different access levels depending on who needs to see what.
