Trusty Tapcon: An Industrial Workhorse

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can tell you that these Tapcon Screws are stalwart fixtures in the industry. Their resiliency is unparalleled, making them ideal for demanding fastening projects. They are incredibly easy to install, which adds another level of convenience on top of their already impressive capabilities. Unfortunately, they aren't the most cost-effective option, but in the end, their undeniable reliability and durability makes them worth the extra expense. Overall…

Pros
  • High quality and durable
Cons
  • Suitable only for specific lengths of 2 inches and 6 inches, limiting flexibility in use.

Concrete anchors with the best fasteners

Better value than Home Depot or Lowes. I have used them in tarmac to replace 4 x 1/2" Tapcon anchors that were too short and not strong enough to hold fence posts in tarmac. My fault but store choices were limited and I was didn't know at the time. I used them for a 1 1/2" x 6' fence post that works well. I used 8" x 5/8" anchors for a fence post supporting a 2 1/2" gate. Quality and price were right

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Newer model could have been chosen

Outstanding customer service!

In August I ordered three boxes of these screws for the house my wife and I are building. When I opened the third box this week, the screws were actually four inches long, not six as the label on the box indicated. It seems to me that an incorrect label was placed on the packaging at the factory. However, when I contacted the seller (three months after purchase), he immediately offered to replace the box for free. How could you reasonably expect better customer service?

Pros
  • Concrete Screws
Cons
  • Expensive
