When I first bought this drill model it worked perfectly. This is the 2nd one I've bought. I bought the second one a year ago. I have benefited a lot from it. I liked it so much I bought a second one to carry around in my RV. Then the trigger didn't work. I pulled the trigger and the light came on but nothing else happened. No rotation, just light. I contacted support and they sent a replacement straight away so that was good! Unfortunately, the plugin also failed right out of the box. Remember
