The description is not so easy. I expected the sheath to be thicker leather, and it was more suede than leather. However, the company was very polite and refunded my money.

Everything was exactly as described (read description). There was one area that, for lack of a better term, is a little 'uglier' but that is to be expected on a piece of real leather and is listed as junk. All in all a very good part. Many Thanks.

For an item advertised as junk I was very happy with the quality. The skin is even in color, supple and thick enough for my needs. Soft vise jaws, chisel straps, and lacing are some of the projects I plan to use it for. Seller Dangerous Threads sent quickly.

I am always happy when I buy this boot leather. I like using this piece of leather to make knife sheaths because it is malleable enough to be manipulated and makes the sheath very sharp. If I need another color I dye it and it's easy to dye.
