🌿 Boost Your LEGO Creations with the Classic Green Baseplate Supplement Review

Hard to write much about it. This is a green lego base that you can stack lego pieces on. It's a nice shade of green. It's a square, which is great if you love squares. They didn't try to reinvent the square, they kept it traditionally square. It holds legos well, just like a square green lego base should. This keeps my twins occupied long enough for me to have a quick cry in the bathroom and reflect on my wasted youth.

I bought a couple of these for my growing LEGO City. I took off a star because this is more expensive compared to the valuable 32x32 baseboard offering for no reason. Plus, it's not your usual LEGO green; it is BRIGHT green. I would deduct another star for that as the contrast is quite noticeable but since I usually use all 32x32 spikes I don't see it so for my purposes it's not too bad. I've attached an image showing the difference between the normal green and this new bright green.

Lego is one of the few brands that I trust. I don't trust anyone to make blocks or figures and I consider buying third party stuff cheating. However, there are absolutely high-quality third-party items that you need if you want something outside of the Lego brand (if you want a Modern Warfare model, for example). I have third party bases but I'm a little scared of using them because I don't want them to wear out my figures. I'm willing to pay Lego prices but wish they would offer bulk…

I ordered this plate and the DUPLO plate at the same time. I'm happy to have both, but it's mostly unnecessary. Square and rectangular Lego-shaped DUPLO building blocks fit nicely on this classic plate and won't fall out when flipped over. It's a bit more difficult to get it to snap into place compared to the DUPLO plate. My little babies find it much easier to use the DUPLO board. All fun DUPLO shapes (bushes, flowers) and characters (rabbits, people) fit on this classic board. Works great…

I hate and don't like this base plate. It is not as green as the previous green LEGO base plate. See pictures. In my first picture, the new green is on the left and the previous green is on the right. If you have a couple of previous green LEGO baseplates, it's easy to get frustrated comparing the new to the old. In general, LEGO quality is always top notch.
