Great flying fun for 18 month old

On the recommendation of another parent I bought this set for my 18 month old to keep him entertained on a long transatlantic flight. Flight. All parts are very light so it was easy to carry it around in a diaper bag. He loves trains and the people who drive them. This is our first Duplo set and we love it!

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires power outlet

Missing parts! for building toys

I liked the look of the Duplo train set but didn't open it when it arrived because I thought my grandson might be too small for him. I postponed it until next Christmas. He opened it for the first time yesterday. I had to use a knife to cut the box strap. The box consisted of 2 packages of parts. One of the pockets was open. The train was not in the box, as were the figures depicted on the box. This item has expired but in my opinion Revain should replace the entire set as it was not complete…

I love LEGO products

In general I love LEGO products but I bought this product because my son loves building trains. The longer the better. I liked the picture of this set because it had 1 locomotive and 3 wagons (which is confirmed by the product description). VERY disappointed to find that the box actually contains 3 wheels TOTAL. This is enough to build a locomotive and 2 wagons. As my previous LEGO purchases included all the parts to build the items pictured on the front of the box, I found this image to be…

Favorite toy - goes through many stages of development!

We used this lego train set from a minimum age of 18 months Our 26 month old still loves it and returns to the toy. What frustrated him (but also fascinated him!) when he was young - the task of using fine motor skills to hook and pull different cars together without damaging them - is now his FAVORITE feature and he will be pulling choo-choo throughout our games. Dwelling and remodeling with the larger structure and tow trucks we have. We build lego bridges so the train can go under water…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled

Best Lego Set for Toddlers

Lego is definitely one of the best toys a child can have. And this set is the perfect way to start playing with Lego. Square blocks are perfect for dating. They fit snugly in those tiny hands and are really easy to assemble and rebuild over and over again. Once the child understands and learns how Lego works, everything will go smoothly after that. I first bought it when my little one was 17 months old. It took me about a week to get used to my first Lego. For the next week he enjoyed it, his…
