I bought two units with 8 ports - one worked fine, the other of 8 terminals didn't work - we thought it was a cable problem but after several efforts to troubleshoot problems, we found that the problem was in the terminal. We just marked this port as unusable, but it was annoying.

I was a little nervous cleaning my Legrand IT closet. I used to have everything on a shelf in a closet under this closet. I took the plunge and bought a bunch of Legrand On-Q accessories. I also bought a punch tool. I watched a few videos on YouTube, read the instructions and managed to connect everything! I am very happy with the results.

Great data module for my home network so far. Easy installation in a network socket built into the wall and does not cause problems when terminating cables with a punch. The devices use Gigabit CAT6 cables. No complaints. Others have mentioned that coasters can be brittle, I just think as long as you don't go crazy and force something to fit where it shouldn't it shouldn't be a problem at all.
