These hooks are good quality. The screws that come with it are junk. I used my own screws because the ones that came with the kit couldn't go all the way into the studs without removing them and that was after pre-drilling the holes. I bought them to support the kayak according to many Revain reviews. We warn the buyer that it will not work with the 10ft Sportsman Lifetime kayak. This kayak is too deep for hanging hooks.
