I actually use this to split the signal from my MOXF8 and send it to a direct box and personal monitor. Ideal for this without any noticeable loss of volume or quality.

I bought this to split my Rocksmith guitar on my PS3 and Mesa Dual Rectifier tube amp. I tried a commercially available Y-splitter, but it couldn't be used because of the ground loop hum. This Lehle P-Split works great and I can play silently. So if you want to use Rocksmith with your tube amp, this is the unit for you. I highly recommend it.

I needed a device to isolate my in-ear headphones between my PA mixer and my guitar amp and the Lehle P-Split works great. My guitar goes through my pedalboard, into the Lehle input, and through the "dir" output to my amp. The "iso" output goes to my Rolls monitoring station. It effectively isolates my guitar electronics from the microphone circuitry going to the mixer and speaker system. High quality, built like a tank, very easy to use and operate.

This is a good product if you want to split your guitar into two amps. The phase reversing switch helps with this. When using a passive source there is a slight change in sound on the side of the transformer which is isolated, but it's still quite usable and the addition of a buffer eliminates tonal changes entirely. However, a passive pickup is a very weak signal and the fact that you can have a passive device to separate and isolate the signal from ground makes it a very good product. Also…
