Good price but uncertain condition

This seller offered a good price on a new laptop. However, after receiving the device, I noticed that it had some problems, for which I am working on a solution through the manufacturer. Luckily the warranty hasn't expired yet. As an inconvenience, I rated this seller low. I recommend thinking twice before buying anything from this store.

The glass touchpad on the upper system renders the computer unusable.

I bought a top i7 processor, touch, UHD, digitizer stylus, glass palm rest, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, touchpad with haptic feedback, leather LCD on the back. Offense due to injuries, extended support and occasional reporting (travelling a lot even during a pandemic). The experience was EXTREMELY disappointing. The touchpad is a nightmare. Since it doesn't have a mechanical switch/hub (the palm rest is just a long, solid piece of glass), it uses a touchscreen-like sensor and haptic feedback

Great laptop for business

I bought this Yoga 9i to replace the Yoga 900 series that ran out of storage. I was happy that the entire 1TB of storage is on the C drive, as opposed to 900 where 500GB was split between the C and D drives (if it wasn't, I wouldn't run out of space and I would anyway do use it). I'm using Microsoft 365 on this PC. Battery life seems a bit shorter than my old Yoga, but I haven't used it long enough to drain the battery. I haven't tried the stylus function yet. Overall it's fast and reliable and

Very good laptop with a fast touchscreen.

Haven't gone deep yet, but enjoyed it. The stylus provides additional joy. The laptop warmed up a little when it was switched on for the first time, but later there was no heating or other problems. The battery life of the laptop is satisfactory, while the pen needs to be inserted and recharged within 30-40 minutes to continue using it.

Nice cars. Terrible implementation

I have two of these processors for myself and bought his wife. Overall, it's smooth, responsive, and generally reliable. The best part is the sound quality. Phenomenal for a device of this size. However, this is one of the worst pieces of tech I've ever held in my hands. Two screws under the back pad create a Faraday cage that paralyzes the WLAN. Remove them and everything will work. My only other complaint is the lack of dock support. I have a Lenovo USB-C Thunderbolt 3 Dock from a ThinkPadโ€ฆ

What you need, a cool purchase, I advise you.

I took the Yoga 740 instead (in exchange for which I took the MacBook Air, which I did not like at all). There are many complaints about the new Windows on this laptop: the menus often look crooked.

Pros
  • Lightweight, fast, the size has become smaller with the same screen. Charging has become not โ€œexclusiveโ€, it is easier to find a replacement.
Cons
  • They cut the keyboard, it became almost like on a MacBook. Now Home and End are only through combinations. Price.
