This is a great hole saw. Clean cuts, no hesitation and easy removal of thick wooden dowels. I used it to cut a laminate from two sheets of plywood (1/2" and 3/4") and had no problem removing the plywood plugs with a cheap screwdriver to pry open the slots on the side. The hole turned out to fit, reaching up to the table sleeve for which I cut a hole.

Purchased to cut the bottom of the filter port in an espresso machine. I have an old Simonelli with an e61 group head. He removed the spout at the bottom of the filter in a vise.
