Sticky, takes a long time to dry but good retail price for the quantity

So I used this product to make small things like earrings. I've used a different type of resin in the past that was very good but too expensive for projects like this. I tried it and found it to be quite sticky. It was very difficult to get my tools off and I read online that alcohol wipes help and although that helped a little my tools were still quite sticky. 54W UV lamp is not yet cured

I left it under the UV lamp much longer than intended and it stayed tacky. I only used it to glaze something so it definitely shouldn't have taken that long. At first I thought it was my lamp. I accidentally bought a 6w lamp and this resin requires a 54w lamp. So I also bought a new lamp (because all the resin I was looking at needed something stronger). I'm a bit of a fan of Let's Resin products and have always liked their standard two part epoxy, but wanted to try their UV resin for smaller projects and when you need a part done quickly. I will note that this new version of UV resin has less odor than their previous recipe. It's more liquid, which makes it easier for bubbles to burst.
