Leviton, you disappoint me for the first time

First impression: It seems to be the right product for my use. Came in a plastic bag with screws in a separate smaller bag (see photo). Immediately upon opening I noticed a deep scuff/scratch on the top right corner. I researched further and came to the conclusion that it can't be due to the supplied screws as they are packaged separately.
