Leviton 47611 GT4 100Mbps Internet Gateway Review

Leviton 47611-GT4 Leviton 4-Port 10/100 Mbps Internet Gateway This small 4-port switch is integrated directly into my network. I specifically checked to make sure this product is new before shipping. The description stated that this is the case. I'm 75% sure it's used. This isn't my first Leviton product so I'm not too concerned about how old it is. It was clean and in its box. Arrived in the mail so if you order it will take a few days.

My media box was recently repaired. The mess of cables I had was organized and I used an old wired Linksys router. It still felt messy, so getting this Leviton router for media boxes seemed like the best idea. Shipping took longer but can't blame opps or amazon. The weather helped. This router was purchased to replace the exact same 4 port router installed in our home communications console. This allows four rooms in our house to have a wired Cat 5 computer connection to the internet. We are very happy with the performance and will buy again if/when the current router needs to be replaced.

This device connects quickly, connects quickly and has a great menu system. For me much better than the Linksys devices I've used, I was so impressed I bought a second one when the original gave up. Although I wish it had 8 ports!
