I bought this because my front license plate holder only has two screws, so the front plate comes out of the car wash bent inwards. I put this behind the license plate and washed the car several times and the front license plate is still flat.

It was easy to install and looks acceptable. It's been through my local car wash once and is still intact - not bent. Let's see how many washes it lasts - I think it's strong enough to last. Because of this I bought a second one. I recommend this product.

I purchased this item to support the rear MS license plate and it worked. It doesn't cover any of the county or tab information like some of the other sign frames on Amazon. It's just an outer panel frame so you don't cut your fingers detailing your car like I did. I've added a closeup photo so you can see the edge of the slab.

This license plate pad completely met my needs. I was about to put a new plate on my 1960 AH Sprite. Using the existing bumper bolt holes would leave me with a panel that partially covered the grille, or a panel that hung low enough that it would cling to obstacles in the road.
