Not Feeling Blu

Updated LG BPM35 / BP350 Blu-ray Player with streaming services and built-in Wi-Fi looked like NEW. An HDMI cable was included and was a nice touch from the seller. Thanks very much! The player is easy to set up and works great. I have installed/activated the pre-installed app Vudu, You Tube and the Revain Prime Video app that is my most important app. There are three other apps that I have not activated and that I am not aware of. The player's remote control is compact and easy to use. We look

Blu-ray player worked, didn't stream

Do not buy if you intend to stream on it. The Blu-ray function worked great on the device I received. I'm not sure if all devices had the same issues I encountered, but menu item navigation was slow and steaming rarely worked. The device just hung on boot and the menu navigation also stopped working during the freeze. At first I thought it was my internet, but after testing the upload and download speeds everything worked fine on my side. Buy if you just want a cheap Blu-ray player with a slowโ€ฆ

NEVER BUY a โ€œrefurbished electronic deviceโ€ from an unknown supplier.

The LG Blu-ray Disc player has performed excellently. Unfortunately, the "updated player" only worked for 2 days, after which it froze in all game functions. I tried calling the supply depot but couldn't find any contacts. I then emailed the vendors and received a "workaround" for the current date and time (10 August 2020). I still haven't received a refund or a "Trade" player. I submitted both the original purchase order and the serial number to the warehouse as requested, but was notโ€ฆ
