Many have complained in other reviews that the screws are too long. I've just received a pair of these grips and each came with 2 sets of screws of different lengths and all of these screws are breakable which means there are slots along the length of the screws where they can be snapped off to get the perfect length . .No need to buy shorter screws. Great for my proposed project once I get new screws from Lowes. We installed a bench/cloakroom in our laundry room but it didn't have handles/handles for the doors so we had to reach to the floor to open the doors. We're unlikely to catch them if we get too close or sit on the bench, and I don't have to bend down nearly as much to open the doors and grab the detergent. Time will tell if they hold up, but at first I thought they were pretty good. They're definitely just "stamped" metal, but they should be more than adequate for most applications.
