Worked well for my application

Worked great on my 1997 f150. Just what I needed to haul my 35ft trailer. No more headlights pointing at the sky. Installation is fairly easy and any backyard mechanic should be able to handle it. Use a good quality 3/8" drill bit to drill 8 holes in the frame.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Reliability

They were relatively easy to install

They were relatively easy to install. They work as expected and the price is right. The only downside is that you have to inflate them yourself. I can't think of any reason to inflate one more than the other. Provide at least a tee for those where the load is evenly distributed 99% of the time (like a trailer).

Pros
  • Best in their niche
Cons
  • Weight

They look great and my trailer is being towed for the first time.

I had to drill holes for attachment. This requires self-tapping screws, but I wanted a stronger screw. They look great and my pendant pulls properly for the first time since purchase. My truck runs much smoother and brakes much better. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a half ton pickup that hauls anything at all.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Mine took 3.5 months

Maybe I just had bad luck with the kit, but I think it's nonsense. I really want to replace my airlift with a timbre so I don't have to constantly babysit and check for air leaks and proper pitch. I installed them professionally but still had to top them up regularly due to sagging and losing air. In the last two weeks they looked like they had cracked (see photos). This is ridiculous for a product that is three and a half months old.

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • Some difficulties

The highest quality product on the market! I have these airbags installed in all my trucks. Customer support is the best. If you install it yourself, you must follow the instructions completely. If you are not sure, please watch the installation video on the website. This product offers an amazing overall improvement in driving stability with or without a load. Note: Never exceed your truck's maximum load or air pressure for air lifts.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Make sure you have at least 6 inches of space.

I installed this on a 8ft box 02 Chevy Silverado 1500 it took about 2 hours. Drilling the holes was easy, I routed the air ducts into a larger tube because I slid it into the frame, hopefully this will prevent a hole from rubbing through. I also ran part of the valve stem into the back of the truck because I didn't want to drill my new bumper. Very easy to install, just read the instructions, it has different functions for specific cars. As you can see in the picture I had plenty of room for…

My second kit installed on my pickup

I installed it on my 1999 Chevrolet Silverado LS Single Cab Short Wheelbase. This is my second set I have installed on it. the first one was about 8-10 years old before the bags failed due to age. The left side airbag rubber has failed and the right side airbag upper support where the rubber at the air inlet is resting on a hard surface has come loose and failed. I think that's a question of life. I probably could have gotten away with just ordering the airbags, but the bottom u-bolts failed…

Did not fit. my fault Pneumatic lift did not help

Let me tell you from the start. Make sure there is at least six inches of space between the inside of the tire and the outside of the frame. My truck is in stock and I missed this very important check. I drilled eight holes and inflated the bags after four hours only to find that they were pressed against the tire (tight). I have a 2004 Silverado LT 1500 and these bags did not fit. I've uploaded photos of my setup to show what you get when you only have 5.25 inches of clearance between the…
