I love these candles! You don't have to pull the entire candle out of the holder to access the batteries. The illuminated part extends from the decorative sleeve. They also fit perfectly in my candle holder. I like the board too. Definitely a great buy! Thank you!

I bought two sets and only 2 out of 4 candles worked in each set. I followed the instructions and "lit" the candle as well. I even tried syncing the candles via the remote but it still only worked 50%. I am very disappointed in this product.

Candles would be prettier if they were bright white. While the instructions were generally good, I found no information on how to open the battery compartment. The flame of these candles does not flicker but is a sealed or closed LED bulb.

I love the look and functionality of these candles! Perfect decoration for autumn and winter. I bought 2 sets. The only downside is that one of the remotes doesn't work and the remote on the other device controls all of them. You can also turn each candle on or off manually by clicking on the flame and then on it. There is a timer option, although both of our kits don't have them.

I'm just in love with these candles. The remote control and the timer function work great. Made from birch look wax for a natural effect on any centerpiece. I have used them for my wedding tables and they were perfect in every way. The brightness can be controlled with the remote control and, if desired, even provided with a flickering candle effect. These candles are of a very high quality and you cannot go wrong.

I really like these candles! They look very beautiful live and even resemble wax. In general it is a quality product. The only reason I didn't give that 5 stars is because one of the candles died after about two weeks and there doesn't seem to be a way to replace the bulb. It was disappointing. However, the other three work perfectly and I use them every night.

The outside of the candles is real wax and black birch spots are smeared across the entire surface of each candle giving them a sooty effect. They look great from afar, but up close it looks like someone has soiled them with dirty fingers. Black spots are also confused and smeared in places. Overall I think you get what you pay for. I would love to find a high quality version because I love the look of tapered birch candles.

A few years ago I had a set of birch cones from Home Goods but I liked the timer so I bought them. I use them as window candles for the holidays and then have them on my desk or wherever all year long! Found low profile candle holders perfect for window purposes. And I have bigger bronze candle holders for the other 11 months of the year :) I think my Home Goods candles could last longer. Is it already 5? 6? Years. They have a wax finish but the wax will flake off a bit. Now it doesn't matter…
