Great tool used in improving efficiency

I like how fast it's easy for me to get prices from different companies by entering my information into my quote request form. I dislike that sometimes they don't send out reminder emails about when their new pricing comes out, so then you have to go back to their website to see if there are any changes. We needed a program where we could easily gather data from potential business partners without having to talk to each one directly ourselves. This has been extremely convenient for us as we're…

Light year has been a great experience so far and I've enjoyed using it so far!!

The ease at which it allows me access my data from anywhere I am via internet connection has been one thing i have enjoyed most about light year so far! It's also very user friendly when using as well if someone else needs help they are always willing/able too assist!! There isn't much dislike but maybe having more options would be nice like being able edit or delete files without needing admin permissions?? Not sure what other people think though because everyone may not feel comfortable doing

Very helpful tool when looking at different services

Lightyear is the most easy way to compare quotes for IT infrastructure. The service is free and the process is almost as easy as using a shopping cart. At this point, we don't have any complaints. The process of comparing infrastructure quotes is the most time-consuming and we have eliminated this process for our clients.
