Accurate and fast Good for audio and video accessories

I have 2 work laptops at home that I usually use with large external monitors and keep the lids closed. When the covers are closed, my access to fingerprint scanners on computers is limited. Decided to give this camera a try to add facial recognition to speed up the login process. My first and only face recognition experience was with my Surface Book 2 and I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy. This device has met and exceeded my expectations. Here are the steps I used to quickly…

Excellent (with reservations)

This camera works great on one of my machines. In response to some other reviews, this isn't a high-resolution webcam, it's a Windows Hello face recognition infrared depth camera. It sometimes works as a medium-resolution webcam, but that's not its main purpose. For what it's designed for (as a Windows face recognition sensor), it works very well and is fast. 2017). I've only tested one such machine, and while Inkan set it up very well, the camera doesn't work. I've been offered to try a new…

Works very well with Windows 10 Hello

Good Like many other people, I've been waiting for the full implementation of Windows Hello on full-fledged computers. While this has been fully implemented on laptops and even notebooks, regular desktops and tower PCs are not. A developer kit was available from Intel with a specially modified camera and software that could only be used on high-end Intel computers. The ticket price was several hundred dollars as far as I remember and was in error. A few months ago there was another company…

Works great with Windows Hello, easy setup

I bought this camera primarily to add Windows Hello face recognition to my desktop. I just wanted to add a cool feature. I have it on my laptop. It works great for me. Basically it was plug and play on my computer. I have a 1 year old Dell XPS desktop with the current version of Windows (as of July 2020). The only thing you have to remember is that you have to plug it in, wait for Windows to install it (about 3 minutes) and then restart your computer. You can then set it up as your account…

Excellent customer service

Update 2: One of the cameras I bought broke down exactly one year after purchase (next day) (camera works fine but the sound dropped and attempts to repair didn't help ). Replaced without questions (and FAST!). It's not as good as the Brio, but costs a third of the price and works well. Update: I bought the second one and now I have almost a year of experience with the old one. I also have a Logitech Brio on a third computer. Two Kaysudas (different computers - one homebuilt gamer, another Dell

This works fine, but the installation instructions need some tweaking.

I liked how Windows Hello worked on my wife's new laptop, so I was looking for a way to do the same on my desktop computer. This device seems a bit pricey due to its dedicated login, but in the few days I've had it, it works well and logs in quickly and reliably. I didn't want it to be on top of my monitor so I placed it under the monitor (see image) and it works fine there. The USB cable was long enough to reach my computer under my desk. The user manual recommends USB 2; The product…
