Lily Sugar and Cream Cotton Yarn: Natural Stripes for Crafting and Knitting Review

Knitted into a beautiful towel. I really like the stripe pattern. I made a very nice set of towels with this particular product. Oh yeah, the most important thing is that this isn't a thick, heavy yarn; Therefore, the end result tends to be lighter and smoother than the result of other brands.

I bought this yarn at Wal-Mart and hobby stores like Michael's and Hobby Lobby, so I know it. I am a crocheter and love to crochet seashells and other nautical/nautical themes. This color looks very good on seashells and starfish as it is very close to its real color. I no longer have a car to go shopping so I had to order yarn online.

The yarn arrived on time. This is the only brand of cotton thread I've used so I can't really compare but I've heard it's one of the best. I found it easy to work with, but you have to be careful with fiber/strand separation. Does that apply to all cotton threads? The only other thing was that the white part was a big off white and I thought it was bright white. In addition, this is only enough for the two kitchen towels shown. I used #5 (3.75) needles.
