Awesome Gloves - Welding Gloves

These gloves are awesome! I'm a novice welder. The gloves I used were so bulky every time I went to weld that the wire feed went haywire. I didn't feel the feed button when I took it. My wire feed control when welding has greatly improved with these gloves. If you're already a good welder, you'll love these gloves.

Pros
  • Great Value
Cons
  • Traded In

Good but thin gloves for lab, safety and work

Low price just don't expect these gloves to last long or offer good heat protection. To be fair, I used these gloves for welding, but I've always used TIG gloves for this. I used a heat shield to solve the overheating issue, but in terms of durability, the gloves started breaking after a few days.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I will add later

Not the best budget glove

There are two reasons I prefer the Harbor Freight version of this glove ("Vulcan Defender"). Open wrists as you walk forward, even in a long-sleeved shirt. 2) The thumbs of Lincoln gloves are sewn in a way that limits thumb mobility. The Lincoln glove is a bit thicker (or maybe just feels stiffer) and both are made in China.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • A few minor things

Good but not the best welding gloves

These gloves are good but not for more intensive work. You look well-groomed and the skin is beautiful. They are also very comfortable. BUT. Unfortunately, the skin is too thin and they won't last long. The stitching is very well finished, however the stitching around the fingers could be better, especially on the index finger due to increased dexterity. be better, and my glove has a thumb that is too big compared to other finger sizes. In general, the leather of the gloves is the main problem:

Pros
  • High test scores for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Lasted LESS than 1 month!

UPDATE 27/09/20: Here are the gloves after only 2 months 4 open seams in one and 6 in the other. I've been using them since I got them on July 18th, last week I noticed they already have a hole in one of my fingers. Very poor quality for a glove that promotes dexterity and dexterity in TIG welding. I will NOT buy them again if they have lasted less than a month. I really expected more from Lincoln.

Pros
  • DURABLE LEATHER CUFF - 4" leather cuff provides superior abrasion resistance and protects wrist from heat, sparks and flames.
Cons
  • Only available in white

Disappointed with my purchase ;/

I bought these gloves to replace gloves of the same style, brand and size that I have had for a little over 3 months. I originally purchased these from Homedepot and loved the feel, look and dexterity these gloves offered. This couple did great. However, the vapor I got from Revain only lasted a day. I used them on a Tuesday, did nothing out of the ordinary, ended my day and put them in my work bag. Today I came to work, put them on and the left cuff immediately came off.

Pros
  • USED BY PROFESSIONALS - Proven design has been used by professionals for almost a decade.
Cons
  • Some bugs

Uncomfortable - not at all

The problem lies in the proportions of the palm of the glove. It's too short. This must be unique to these gloves as I have had literally dozens of other gloves in the past without this issue. The webbed portion of the glove between each finger digs into the webbed fingers of each finger on your hand and this is very uncomfortable. It is not smooth there - there is a rough seam from which it only gets worse. All the positive properties of the glove, such as B. the quality of the leather. You…

Pros
  • HIGH AGGRESSION - Constructed of soft, lightweight leather and three piece stitched fingers for superior dexterity and sensitivity in TIG welding.
Cons
  • High price
