They said they would but they didn't. Hence the grade 3.5. The product itself looks high quality and at a good price. Buy it, it might work.

Those were terrible filters. held nothing. The whole basement was full of dust after using the shop vacuum. I ordered a different type of filter, there were no problems.

As other reviewers have pointed out, they are stiff and too inflexible to stretch across the cage when needed. And that's why they break easily. although they look like the originals.

The foam sock helps the filter last much longer. These things are expensive, and the one thing they do best is trapping fine particles (plaster dust, fine sand) that keep the filter from clogging prematurely.

I have an industrial vacuum cleaner and this product does what it is supposed to do. I haven't used it for long but I'm more than happy with the way it works. It fits perfectly and for the moment I have no complaints. The fact that there are five filters in the pack means I won't have to buy these filters again for a long time.

I sent them back which shows that Revain is very good at handling returns. The company really tried to fix the problem, hence the change to 5 stars.

I noticed that one of the foam filters was slightly warped - it didn't fit as snugly as the others, but after I added the cloth filter and plastic ring it did the job. I wanted extra filters so I could quickly change them out if needed and not have to wait to rinse the filters and let them air dry, and I was happy with what I got for my money.
