Missing parts but fixed immediately by calling Lippert

This item came with ALL the missing parts except the handrail. I called Lippert and the problem was solved. We love railings. This is exactly what we needed.

New RV Owner - Exterior Accessories

Really helps getting in and out, hopefully my husband puts another pair on the back steps as others have said is a problem. However, they should reduce the space on the stairs, so be aware, but they help to get up and down steep stairs.

Pros
  • Industry Best
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Very easy installation, very strong

Very easy to put on and very strong. The only issue I had is that it's about a half inch higher at its lowest point and hits my closet when I'm raising the stairs. I only have to pull out the pins when raising the steps, which is worth a little effort.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Stability and easy storage

I've seen stairs like this installed in other residential buildings. They looked like a great idea safety wise. I figured they were too expensive or would have to be installed by an RV dealer. In fact, a relative paid an additional $1,000 for the door for the dealer to install on his new Montana fifth wheel. I'm so glad I looked for Revain as these steps are beneficial and worth every penny in terms of stability, ease of storage and ease of installation. I was looking at another manufacturer's…

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Minor problems

Too bad we didn't buy it sooner!

We bought our 2021 Apex Ultra-Lite 293RLDS TT (travel trailer) last year and as the first and only owners we haven't had the opportunity to make many upgrades/modifications. This is the first accessory I wanted to add but postponed due to cost. God I was a fool. The variety of campsites we have taken our TT to meant that the steps were widened almost to the max and we even had to add a stool on the last step for extra stability. My mom could have REALLY benefited from this handrail last year…

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • I won't say anything
