Hard wearing for everyday use.

more difficult conditions than I expected for this money. I just drilled a few extra drainage holes in it and it was ready to go. Professionally used every day.

Good stuff and keep your place clean.

I use this thing to change the oil in the gearbox and fluids under the car. Good coverage. No mess on the floor in the garage.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Expensive

great addition to my drip pan

is extra large and perfect for a hobby mechanic who can use it to drain gear oil, flush coolant or do other work without messing up the floor. Keep in mind that you will need to use this with some sort of drip pan.

Pros
  • great for me
Cons
  • Functionality

Good size drain tool

Ask anyone who drains cars and they will tell you you need something this big. especially for trucks that have those transmission drain plugs that always seem to round off so you have to try to drain the oil by removing the oil pan. It's made of thick plastic that's strong enough to hold its shape even when hot liquid is poured through it.

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • small things

Great tool, excellent drop space and very durable

This thing is very strong, the coating is the best of any spill pan I've used and makes transfer jobs that require a spill pan an absolute breeze with no chance of a spill , unless it falls into an oil bucket or is kicked. I also bought a Lisle mudguard and cut it to size I. Center. This product is highly recommended!

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Reliability

Lisle is the Best: Oil System Tools

As always with Lisle, a very well made instrument, not flimsy at all. This saves you from making a huge mess under the car if you drop the transmission pan. Has handy notches to fit different drip pans to keep it centered. I would still recommend adding a drain plug kit to the transmission pan while making it even easier next time. The price for it seems a bit high, but comparable to other brands.

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • Minuses

Worked amazing for about a year.

After a year of use, the palette began to sag in the groove area. I used the grooved area to drain the oil filters as it was supposed to be usable. Unfortunately after almost daily use the extended sides fall off and hold the oil/make a mess as it fills up instead of dripping into my bucket. I tried holding it upside down to get it back into shape but to no avail. A year has passed, it's still ok if I pour my liquid in the center of the pan, but at this point you can just grab the top of the…
