Amazing Sauce - Replacement Parts

I can't often use a tool right after I bought it. I bought this for an inbuilt parking brake caliper on a Dodge Grand Caravan. I used to do them in different ways, but not like this. This tool worked great! !

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Expensive Insurance

Yes it works! good for cables

I was initially skeptical that such a cheap option was available but this little device worked great on my Ford Explorer brake cable. No struggle, no fuss, just put it on and unplug the cord!

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Long delivery time

If you need it, you really need it

This is one of those specialty tools you think you don't have. As long as you don't have to retrieve a snapped or stretched parking brake cable from your car, this is invaluable. Makes unplugging wires easier and eliminates a lot of swearing and swearing.

Pros
  • I Hold My Fists
Cons
  • For the Old

Works as advertised

This tool helps disconnect the parking brake cable from the rear drum skid plate. It slides over the jagged area and squeezes it, allowing you to pull the cable out. This worked great when I changed the rear axle. Its worth it! By the way, I don't know what "stretch" means in the review section.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Senior Citizen

makes the task easy

Tried to remove cable with screwdriver and pliers but found this little tool. Oh what a breeze it was. You simply insert the end of the cable (the gap isn't wide enough with the spring end in your drums), place it over the clasp and push down to pull the cable out. Definitely worth buying even if never used again.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive
