Used this for a large fuel filter in my 42ft RV with a 400hp Cummins engine. The filter was so stuck I didn't know how to get it out. After a long expansion and a lot of effort, it finally came out. The filter wrench withstood the pressure well.

it broke on first use, but I squeezed it hard when trying to remove the stuck air dryer cartridge. It fell apart where the strap attaches to the metal. I ended up buying the gearwrench version which is much heavier.

The fact that it is adjustable saves me time as I don't have to waste time looking for the right wrench and also money as this one strap wrench can replace many wrenches oil filters. I hand-tighten the adjustment screw to quickly get the right size. Works well with overstretched filters.

I use this to take air dryer cartridges and filters from ISX engines and it handles the over-revving that happens in both places.
