Great little tool for removing old school wiper arms. I was struggling to get the wiper arm off my '68 Camaro. I didn't want to pry too hard and scratch the paintwork etc. I bought this tool and was amazed at how easy it was to remove the wiper without risking the paintwork. I can only recommend this tool for GM vehicles of the 60's. I don't know how well this works with other manufacturers.

It always amazes me when people leave a bad review about something because they can't figure out how to use it. What amazes me even more is that nobody can understand how to use this thing. It's literally the easiest tool ever designed to do one job and one job only, and it works flawlessly! This item is essential if you regularly remove and install wiper arms. This makes them so easy to install that you can quickly and easily remove them to perfectly sync your hand. The only thing missing is the pad to protect the point of contact on the hand, but the razor blade allowed me to cut the bottom inch of the pad at the handle and slide it down to accomplish this. don't listen to other comments. I have used it on a Camaro Gen 1 to remove the wiper arm and when used correctly it is the ONLY RIGHT way to remove the arm and also reinstall it. I have read several reviews that the tool "bends" with use and that it doesn't work. This surprised me because the pressure required to operate this tool is very low when used correctly. I showed the tool to a friend who almost bent the tool AND the wiper arm because he didn't understand how it worked.
