Used item on wheels

I paid full price for this bike as a gift and by the time we had already opened the box there was a toothpick and earring at the bottom of the box with crumpled instructions for the bike. The bike tires were dirty and the bike parts were not assembled properly.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Not the best

The concept is awesome!

Inexpensive 2 in 1 bike. We bought it for our 2.5 year old son. This works great as a balance bike, the weight is heavier than the Strider balance bike but it's ok. We just removed 2 paddles to use as a balance bike, but the metal connections can still hurt a kid's calf. I hope he learns to use the oars soon. Overall a good 2 in 1 bike at a great price!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Not bad

Out of control due to poor geometry sets your child up for failure

Absolutely terrible bike. Do not buy. The geometry is far away, making the bike unwieldy. When the pedals are extended and your child tries to ride them, the pedals rotate back so far that their foot falls off the pedal. My 4 year old, who rides mountain bikes without pedals, tried when things went wrong when my 2 year old tried. And it was confirmed that the bike is simply useless. If you look at the child's photo from the front, you'll see that he has moved his bottom well back from the edgeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Useless features

2 year old grandson on tricycles, scooters and vans

My grandson loves his bike. We didn't add training wheels to him so he could learn to balance. it's a little larger than average and fits him well, the seat is all the way down and he can push around Easy to put together, grandpa put it together in probably under three minutes

Pros
  • NEVER BURN YOUR TIRES! - Durable EVA foam tires that never lose air so you never have to worry about inflating your bike tires again.
Cons
  • Only available in black

Your child will love this bike.

My son loves this bike very much. Finally a wheel that grows with you. We've had this bike for a few months now and my son and his friends are getting together. Every kid seems to want their own bike. Unfortunately my son is very interested in sharing his bike. Buy this bike, it's the best out there in my opinion (we've had 4 since he was 2 as my preemie is in the 98th percentile his height and he still has plenty of room to grow on this bike).

Pros
  • GROWING WITH YOU. Thanks to the adjustable seat and handlebars, my first bike with balance and pedals grows with your child.
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Cheap junk on tricycles, scooters and vans

Great idea, imperfect due to cheap equipment and cheap production. Numerous screws are loosening, many things are not tightened enough. The saddle is not tight enough or the handlebars are not tight enough. Also, one of the welds on the pedal broke off rendering the pedal unusable until I wound it up again. When the pedals are retracted to use the "Strider" style, they also stick out too far and my little fella pinched his feet and had to bend them a lot to prevent this. Practically a failureโ€ฆ

Pros
  • EASY ASSEMBLY - assembles in minutes with minimal tools
Cons
  • Some flaws

A 2 year old child cannot use it.

I bought this for my 2.5 year old. The pedals are bulky and he has to bend his legs a little to touch the ground. It is also too big for a 24 month old baby (age listed on the box) at 2 1/2 and average height, can barely touch the ground with his toes and cannot ride yet as he cannot reach the ground. I like the idea of this product but not the product itself. If I could go back I would buy a regular balance bike. It might be better for older kids, but not for the age groups it advertises.

Pros
  • EASY TO CONVERT - Easily switches between balance and pedal modes (Allen key included).
Cons
  • Exchange Availability
